Risolto simulators

One app per simulated system, each under its own path. Ponto Connect (PSD2) is the first; Informat and the rest join it here rather than in their own deployments.

Ponto Connect

Speaks Ponto's JSON:API dialect at /ponto-connect: the three OAuth grants, onboarding details, a consent screen that needs no human and no digipass, userinfo, accounts and paged transactions.

core-platform reaches it at https://simulator.dev.rslt.be/ponto-connect, derived from its own stage — nothing to configure. Only production talks to Ibanity.
